UNICEO may process the personal data manually or automatically by authorized employees of UNICEO with equal security standard, compliance with applicable data protection laws and following the Same level of security and confidentiality.
By registering as a user on the UNICEO website, you explicitly confirm that you are interested in UNICEO products, services and activities. You therefore voluntarily provide your personal data to be used for the association purposes in particular for organising networking among members, planning events or working on content.
By registering as a user on the UNICEO website and by releasing your profile, You furthermore agree to UNICEO contacting you for additional information. If, at a specific time, you should no longer wish to be contacted , we will respect your choice. You can therefore delete your information in your Private User Area at any time.
Furthermore, UNICEO does not sell your personal data to third parties. Third Parties may access your data under explicit your consent and disclosure. The personal data will be processed in the form of databases and will be collected in secured personal files.
You may view and update your account and/or request correction, deletion or locking of your personal data at any time.
CommunicationsThe Application for membership is a temporary data status. By submitting an application to become a UNICEO Member, you hereby authorise UNICEO employees, or acting employees to process your Data. UNICEO may contact you to further qualify your process or discuss your application to approve your membership. If your membership or application is cancelled or rejected, UNICEO will delete all your personal information from its servers within a reasonable timeframe (usually within 2 to 3 business days).
If your Profile has not been updated in 24 months, UNICEO may send you an email to ask you to update your profile. If you do not update your profile by the given deadline, your profile including your personal data will be deleted and your membership suspended.
UNICEO continuously wants to improve its processes. Therefore, we will ask members to participate in anonymous surveys occasionally. These surveys will either be conducted by UNICEO itself or by a specialized external processor on behalf of UNICEO. For this purpose, any external processor will only get your name, e-mail address, company. The surveys and the resulting reports will be completely anonymous, unless you wish to provide your name. it is your sole decision, whether you participate in such a survey.
UNICEO eventsUNICEO Members will be offered to Attend (fee may apply) UNICEO Events. Each event will offer a specific registration form for anyone to participate. The Data collected throughout the event may be added to you UNICEO member profile. You have the right to request your profile not to be updated.
In this case, all additional data collected during the event will be deleted once the event has ended (within 5 to 10 business days).
During an event, networking features, lead collection and other data transfer may occur. Specific Terms may apply, Including local / region / country specifics. UNICEO will provide its members with detailed event policy during the member registration process. In general, it is your choice to Opt-in for communications with UNICEO Partners and or Exhibitors. While UNICEO is very strict in selecting Partners with robust Privacy and security policies, UNICEO cannot be held responsible once You have explicitly given your Consent for data use to a UNICEO Partner or Exhibitor.
These event policies will constitute addendums to this policy when applicable.
